Monitoring & Load Management
This project is demonstrating the technical and economic feasibility of aggregating distributed generation resources in New York State. The project demonstrates an approach to aggregate, monitor, and dispatch distributed generation to provide energy and capacity in competitive markets in much the same way as large central-station power plants. The aggregation system creates a virtual generator that can be monitored and controlled over the Internet.
